[Discussion]: Agent's web-related Tools are unavailable (WebFetch&Search)

After configuring the Agent, I tested its WebFetch and Search capabilities, and the results are as follows:

WebFetch Tool Test Attempted URLs: https://www.example.com and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Claude_(AI) Result: "Claude Code is unable to fetch from [domain]" for both attempts Likely cause: Network restrictions or proxy configuration in this environment WebSearch Tool Test Attempted queries: "Claude AI latest features 2025" and "Python programming" Result: API Error 400 with JSON deserialization error Error message: "Failed to deserialize the JSON body into the target type: tools[0]: missing field input_schema" Likely cause: API configuration issue or tool compatibility problem

Other tools are functioning normally, but web-related tools cannot be used.

Context

To rule out a personal client issue, I reinstalled Cherry Studio, imported a model without syncing data, and tested the Agent, but it still didn't work.
