Please provide feedback about the configuration in use otherwise it's very hard to debug.

For example, you can display it on the settings page or in the status bar.

Research direction
Look into the settings page view file (likely in 'lib/views/' or similar) and the status bar component. Investigate how Prettier configuration is currently loaded and stored. Consider adding a section in the settings panel that shows the active config file and its contents, or add a tooltip on the status bar icon. Check existing Atom APIs for displaying configuration info.
