Description

Create a new page in the Presto documentation that introduces the Hive Metastore for people new to Presto, and acts as a central index of information for the many topics relating to the Hive Metastore.

Expected Behavior or Use Case

The existing content about Hive Metastore should be linked to, not moved into this new page.
