Description of problem

pio check using clang-tidy reports a different number of errors when run with or without the -v flag

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run pio check
  2. One medium error reported
  3. Run pio check -v
  4. One high and one medium error reported

Actual Results

Different number of errors reported

Expected Results

Same number of errors reported
