🐛 bug report

At the moment, the error message for parcel build --no-autoinstall and

  • a missing parcel plugin specified in the config that usually would get autoinstalled (e.g. the SASS transformer) or
  • packageManager.resolve and packageManager.require

is just Cannot find module foo, did you mean bar.

In this case, it should say something along the lines of Autoinstall is disabled, please install foo yourself.

Look at the file `packages/core/core/src/loadParcelPlugin.js` around lines 82-126 where the error message is generated. The goal is to detect when autoinstall is disabled and provide a different message. Check if there is a flag or configuration indicating autoinstall status. Implement a conditional check to output a message like 'Autoinstall is disabled, please install foo yourself.' Ensure the existing behavior remains intact when autoinstall is enabled.
