Description

Is it possible to highlight the current row user hovering on? I could highlight the cell but not finding any ways to highlight the whole row.

Research direction
Review the Blueprint Table component source in packages/table/src/ to understand how rows are rendered (likely via Cell or Row components). Check if there is any existing hover handling on cells; extend it to rows. Consider adding a CSS class or state to highlight the row on mouseenter/mouseleave. Look at related issues or PRs for context. The issue is old and no one has claimed it, so a fresh implementation would be welcome.
