I see this is fixed on the main branch: https://github.com/palantir/blueprint/blob/develop/packages/core/src/common/utils/index.ts#L31

- export { Extends } from "./typeUtils";
+ export type { Extends } from "./typeUtils";

Would it be possible to backport the fix on v4? I work on a big project and we can't udpate to v5 yet

Check the v4 branch for the same issue. If present, apply the fix: change `export { Extends }` to `export type { Extends }` in packages/core/src/common/utils/index.ts. Ensure it compiles with isolatedModules.
