I can't start my Overleaf server

The report only names bin/doctor and config/overleaf.rc; begin by reading the diagnostic entry point and checking how it reports Docker daemon status. No source file, test, requested change, or definition of done is provided, so the issue needs maintainer clarification before a newcomer can implement it.

Hi, i'm only a simple user trying to write my master thesis, but suddenly the electricity cut off and it seems like I lost everything. Can anyone help me?
