Description

Whilst spinning up the OracleSoaSuite images using the respective image from Oracle container registry version 12.2.1.3. i noticed that the admin server external dns name is empty. In my case the external dns name is the address for my load balancer which i use to route through to the Admin server.

It just looks like updateListenAddress function does nothing. I probably wouldnt care about except im told that it might be a reason why i cant connect to the server from Jdeveloper.
