Workflow convention

Description
I remark now that the workflow convention which has been made here does not stick to what we had before: ci.yml and cd.yml.
As a consequence:
- We have here now something different from the rest of the repositories.
- Splitting the CI work in many workflows forbids us to have a quick overview of the status with one badge
What are the rationals for these changes?

- No merged PRs in 30d
