Description

Currently, the OGC URIs in section 5.4 are in the https scheme. That is in conflict with currently registered link relations, so at least https://www.opengis.net/def/rel/ogc/1.0/conformance should be http://www.opengis.net/def/rel/ogc/1.0/conformance. See table 1 in https://docs.ogc.org/is/19-072/19-072.html.
