I am not sure if this is an expected behaviour for a LSP implementation, but solargraph returns results formatted in markdown:

Research direction
Investigate how solargraph returns markdown and how the current LSP client handles markdown. Look at LSP specification for markdown support. Check if other editors handle this. See if there is an existing implementation in oni's codebase for markdown rendering.
