Research direction

Open the linked Level Zero specification's affinity-mask section and review the sentence containing ZE_FLAT_DEVICE_HIERARCHY. Confirm whether the value should be "FLAT" rather than "1"; done means the documentation uses the verified wording.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

The documentation has one (typo?) possible issue when it says:
"setting ZE_FLAT_DEVICE_HIERARCHY to 1"
in the https://spec.oneapi.io/level-zero/latest/core/PROG.html#affinity-mask
section.

I think this is an error and the "1" should be "FLAT"
