不重复 #56（catalog 无匹配）、#60（describe 缺参）、#58/#61（缺参 accepts N arg）、#54–#57/#59/#62。
用户路径
all-cli current：只看已安装、有 context 的工具。- 机器上没装 kubectl/docker/gh 等：
PrintCurrentTable原先只打No installed context-aware tools found. - 不知道下一步是
all-cli catalog看追踪列表，还是all-cli status看安装状态。
建议改动
空表时补两行：List tracked tools: all-cli catalog、See install status: all-cli status。
