体验：all-cli schema 缺参只报 accepts 1 arg，不给 status|diagnostic 示例

不重复 #54（doctor vs diagnose）、#55（options / --no-progress）、#56（catalog 无匹配）、#57（README / catalog 发现入口）。

用户路径
  1. 根帮助把 schema 放在 Primary commands。
  2. 第一次试：all-cli schema（不知道要 status 还是 diagnostic）。
  3. cobra ExactArgs(1) 原先打出 accepts 1 arg(s), received 0，不提合法名字，也不给 all-cli schema status 示例。
  4. --help 里才有 Example。缺参路径看不到。
建议改动

缺参时打印 want schema status|diagnostic (example: all-cli schema status)。

本地 clone 已按此改了一版（未 push / 未开 PR）。
