Description

Currently we require the user to tell us what FHIR resource types need to be fetched/monitored. We should add a feature for fetching "everything" or at least every type in Patient compartment.

Research direction
Examine the FHIR patient compartment definition at https://hl7.org/fhir/compartmentdefinition patient.html and implement a toggle option to fetch all resource types listed in that compartment. Look for existing code that handles resource type selection and extend it to support an 'everything' mode.
