Description

Users should be able to minimize the row height of projects that they are not using currently.

For example, I should be able to have 20 projects loaded in the application, but only 2 are "active" and show me all of their build id rows.

Research direction
First, examine the current project display components in the repository, likely found in the src or views directory. Look for how projects are listed and consider adding a toggle to collapse/expand rows. Review any existing UI patterns for consistency.
