Make Scientific Domain columns mobile compatible

Description
In mobile horizontal view, the columns spill beyond the screen and text overflow. The other Ecosystem sections such as Array Libraries fit within mobile view, so it would probably be applying similar media queries or re-arranging the grid for mobile.
For example,
Web: 2 rows, 7 columns
Mobile: 3 rows, 5 columns or 4 rows, 4 columns
