crypto helpers can be added to the SDK and pulled into the node code. Such refactoring is expected to simplify server implementation

Review the existing crypto verification code in the neofs node repository and the SDK. Identify common patterns that can be extracted into helper functions. Then implement the helpers in the SDK and update the node code to use them.
