HTML anchors are how navigation occurs on a webserver.

Details

Currently rendered markdown uses a standard HTML anchor tag. whilst functionally this is fine as it allows navigation to occur. However is problematic for a SPA. As such rendered markdown must be updated so that it uses react-router.Link in lieu of a HTML anchor tag.
