Description

When doing the --remove-all feature, it's nice to clear everything and your tool does a great job.

Would like to see a feature to preserve the basic information like, artist, title, album, but clear everything else like album art, comments, priv_data, etc. Pretty much the areas that are filled in on this screenshot.

Research direction
Examine the eyeD3 CLI argument parsing (likely in `eyed3/main.py` or similar) to understand how ` remove all` is implemented. Look for the tag removal logic in the library (e.g., in `eyed3/id3/` or `eyed3/mp3.py`) to see how frames are removed. Identify which frames correspond to basic info (artist, title, album) versus others (album art, comments, priv data). Consider adding a new flag ` remove all preserve basic` that filters out non basic frames. Check the single comment on the issue for any maintainer input on desired behavior or implementation hints.
