Description
Currently, nc-backup-auto sets up backups to run at 3am. It would be nice to enable users to set the hour for the backups from the web UI.

Examine how nc backup auto is currently triggered and how other configuration options are exposed in the NextcloudPi web interface (e.g., via nextcloudpi config). Then implement a method to read the backup hour from a configuration file or database and pass it to the cron job.
