Description

So right now if you acess to our website throught slow internet connections you can have a problem. You download first and execute a javascript file that depends on another that is not downloaded yet. What can result in a break website. The only solution that I know and that @LukasReschke suggest to is to use require.js.

Anyone can use with this "migration"? @nextcloud/designers @nextcloud/javascript
