Research direction

Start by inspecting the Docker Compose configuration used by ./bootstrap.sh and docker compose up -d nextcloud, looking for the nextcloud-dev-php82:latest image reference. Update that reference to nextcloud-dev-php83:latest, then rerun the documented commands and confirm the Nextcloud instance starts at http://nextcloud.local/ without the PHP version error.
