enhancement help wanted question

Hello,

is there a simple way to limit the uplaod speed for the backup?
Because my problem is, that when the app is backing up everything, I cant do anything else as it drains all the upload.
I only have 40mbits available in upload.
Im running nextcloud on Ubuntu 21,04.
