Description

Users usually receive a sound notification when another user starts a recording. However, one does not receive the notification when we connect to the server after the recording has started.

Investigate the recording notification logic in the Mumble server code (likely in src/server/) and client code (src/mumble/). Determine where the 'recording started' notification is sent and why it is not triggered for clients that connect after the recording has already begun. Consider modifying the server to send the notification state upon client connection or upon a new recording event.
