Description

It would be a useful option for a number of scenarios to have an inverse to priority speaker - a flag on a user which would let everyone else talk over them.

This would be useful for playing background music over comms, as well as for overly talkative people in channels with large numbers of users (sometimes we have 300 or more in a channel).

Add a new flag for inverse priority speaker that reduces the user's audio volume when others are speaking, or muting them when another user speaks.
