Research direction
Review the existing Xively plugin implementation in mqttwarn. Study Google IoT Core REST API documentation and the python iot client library. Investigate how to authenticate and publish telemetry to Google IoT Core. Propose a new plugin similar to the Xively plugin but using Google IoT Core APIs. Check if there are any existing issues or PRs related to Google IoT Core integration.
