Description

From ACM MM18 review:

In some browsers where the user has by default selected to "Open" json files (rather than saving them), saving the annotation leads to the undesired behavior of opening the json file.

I'd like to know how to reproduce this behavior, in order to see if there is a solution for it.

Investigate the current implementation for saving JSON files in the annotation app. Look for the code that generates the file download and understand how browser settings for JSON files could interfere. Try to reproduce the issue by configuring a browser to open JSON files, then propose a fix that forces a download regardless of browser preferences.
