Description

We should add a /healthcheck route to webmaker-browser that at a minimum contains the current version number.

Currently: https://beta.webmaker.org/healthcheck gives a 404

Contributor guide

Locate the Express app configuration in the webmaker core repository and add a new GET route for '/healthcheck' that returns a JSON object containing the current version number. The version can be obtained from package.json or an environment variable.
