Description

Once we have everything properly being built, handling tag event on GitHub Actions:

  • process to a build (lib, docker images)
  • collect artifacts
  • push to repositories
  • create a github release
  • upload artifacts to github release

Research direction
Study the existing GitHub Actions workflows in the repository. Learn how to trigger workflows on tag push events. Implement steps to build the project (library and Docker images), collect build artifacts, push them to appropriate repositories (e.g., Docker Hub, package registries), create a GitHub release, and upload artifacts to that release. Verify that the dependent issues (#3597, #3574, #3575) are resolved.
