Steps to reproduce:

  1. Fresh install FF and open it in split-view.
  2. Access a website. Tap on the lock icon to open the panel.
  3. Observe the toggle.

Actual results

Enhanced Tracking Protection toggle spills out of its designated area in split-view.

Expected results

The toggle should not spill out of its designated area.
