Steps to reproduce

  1. Turn on voice-over and open Firefox.
  2. Open any website and then open the ETP menu.
  3. Select the Connection is not secure button via Voice-Over.

Actual Result:

There is one more button on the Connection is not secure that is read via Voice-Over.

Expected Result:

Only one button should be read via Voice-Over on the Connection is not secure.
