Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Access a webpage.
  3. Tap on hamburger menu and select tracking protection.
  4. Disable ETP toggle.
  5. Observe the blue dot next to the shield icon.

Actual Result

The blue dot is extremely small, almost invisible.

Expected Result:

The blue dot is visible.
