Current Behavior

I am simply practicing typing and after every time i complete typing a quote then its showing this error of "failed to get quote ratings" and "failed to save result" (image is attached below) & i am facing this issue for last 1-2 week -

Expected Behavior

Earlier it didn't used to show any error on my laptop but now it sometimes does after complete typing of a quote

Steps To Reproduce

1. Select quote or any other option for typing
2. Type the whole sentence or paragraph
3. Then it will show a progress bar on top
4. Either it will update the stat successfully or it will show error
