Description

The HTML report currently only shows the license name from the POMs.

If the license has a URL in them, create a link in the HTML report with the name as text of the link.

If possible, add a list of URL mappings because some links are dead.

Examine the HTML report generation code in the license maven plugin. Locate where license names are rendered in the HTML template. Modify the code to include a hyperlink when the license has a URL. Consider adding a configurable list of URL mappings for dead links.
