Add registry descriptions to all schemas

Description

Some schemas are missing description registrations:

For example:

z.boolean().optional(),

should be:

z.boolean().optional().meta({ description: 'The revoked property indicates whether the object has been revoked.' })

This is very apparent on the docs site:
