[Package Issue]: Microsoft.VisualStudioCode.Insiders manifests appear stalled at 1.127.0 in WinGet catalog while VS Code Insiders releases are at 1.139

Start with the Microsoft.VisualStudioCode.Insiders and Microsoft.VisualStudioCode.Insiders.CLI package entries, then run the listed winget search, show, and upgrade commands to confirm the catalog state. Review issue #406071 for the similar update path. Done means the catalog exposes the current Insiders release and offers the expected upgrade for both package IDs.

Brief description of your issue

The public WinGet catalog appears to be serving an outdated version of Visual Studio Code Insiders.

Current Visual Studio Code Insiders releases are beyond 1.139.0, however the public WinGet source only advertises version 1.127.0 for Microsoft.VisualStudioCode.Insiders and Microsoft.VisualStudioCode.Insiders.CLI.

Issue should be pretty similar to #406071.

Expected behavior

The public WinGet catalog should expose the latest available Visual Studio Code Insiders release and offer upgrades when newer versions are available.

At the time of reporting, Visual Studio Code Insiders releases are available beyond 1.127.0, including 1.139.0.
