Description

It would be good to provide some recipe to work with deno. As both relay on TypeScript part of recipe could be similar. Some issues ( e.g. this issue ) makes debug with deno harder. Any starting point would be nice.

Research direction
Review existing recipes in the vscode recipes repository, especially any TypeScript related ones. Investigate the referenced issue denoland/deno#1687 to understand current debug challenges with Deno. Look at Deno's official documentation for VS Code debugging support. Propose a specific set of launch.json and tasks.json configurations tailored to Deno projects.
