Expected Behavior:
JDK Runtime in project settings can show correctly without clean and restart.

Actual Behavior:
JDK Runtime in project settings always shows as jdk 21 while actual runtime isn't it. Clean workspace cache > Restart IDE > Then it can show correctly.
