Description
I suggest to improve the solutions with "restartVM" function.
The function restart all vm (scheduled_restart and sequenced_restart) same logic as others.
Very usefull for many scenario:
-planned restart onetime (specific vm or all vm in a rg)
-planned restart every month at day "x"
ps: it's not good stop and start because the scope of this function is only restart vm (for updates, for restart all vm) and not want deallocate vm or rescue to stop and then not start it in case of some problems.
