Description

When trying to deploy StartStopVM_V2 I get an error:

"Deployment Failed". When I look further into the message the detail is that:

"an operation is currently performing on this storage account that requires exclusive access".

Any ideas how to fix this and re-attempt the deployment? The application insights was created successfully.
