Description

Hello guys,

I would like to ask some help regarding the creation of Start/Stop V2.

The create button is disabled as seen on the image below:

We've already tried creating it with the following ways:

  1. Mixing and matching regions, same results
  2. Tried creating the package using the actual owner's account to eliminate permission issue.

Notes:

Validation errors are working, e.g. when the user doesn't have permission to assign a role.
Creating the package from a different subscription works with no issues; the difference I notice was that, on the working subscription a terms of us is shown on the review page while on the non-working subscription no terms of use is shown.

Any help that could point me to a working solution will be greatly appreciated.
