Description

Filling out all the version numbers and whatnot at the end of bug reports is tiresome. It would be a lot nicer if Rush shipped with a small command-line tool that we could run, which would gather all this information and print it out, so we can copy-paste into the GitHub issue. If you need a good example, go look at Storybook.
