Description

Microsoft Store’s API does not allow you to download old versions of apps, so please allow the downloading of older versions in the API, and implement it in WinGet: https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/issues/4472

Currently, the only way to access old versions of Microsoft Store apps is to find a user that has the older version installed to their device (which is incredibly hard to do) and use a special tool to extract it, but even then you need to modify the registry to install that dump.
