[Bug] Model Management doesn't show correct names for Ollama models

Environment

  • OS: Windows
  • Eclipse Version: 4.32
  • Plugin Version: 0.21

Describe the bug
As already described in #93 , I have several models installed in my local Ollama installation:

  • Qwen3.6-27B-IQ4_XS:latest
  • Qwen3.5-27B-Q8_0:latest
  • Qwen3.5-9B-BF16:latest
  • etc.

But what I see is:

  • 1x Qwen3.6
  • 8x KL0.099
  • 4x Qwen3.5

In case of KL0.099 I'm even not sure where that value comes from. I used the Ollama API Reference and did several calls, but couldn't see that value anywhere.

Expected behavior
My expectation is to see the same model names I also would see in Ollama (I don't care for :latest: suffix, but at least the rest).
