Description
Looks like the latest APM version is v0.27.0, but the action default checks out v0.14.0. https://github.com/microsoft/apm-action/blob/main/action.yml#L20
I understand it's not on the latest to make sure it's stable, but this seems too far back. And when I use the action this message is printing
[!] A new version of APM is available: 0.27.0 (current: 0.14.0)
(Also it's a little confusing that different parts of the docs claim this defaults to latest or different versions but the action has 0.14.0)
