Description

In 0.31 we added the sys tray icon context menu item to run the bug report tool, that creates the .zip file on the desktop, but the user is left there without providing instructions on how to report the bug. We should add a dialog box to allow the user to click on a button to open a new github issue. We should also investigate if it is possible to auto-upload the .zip file to the new issue.
