Description of the new feature / enhancement

Each time I boot up my device, powertoys peek's volume keeps resetting to the highest level, meaning I have to preview an image first to get peek to show up in the volume mixer, then take it down to 20% in order to avoid the shocking loudness that comes with previewing a video file first after every reboot.

It would be nice to have peek maintain the previously set volume level even after rebooting.
