Some setting in PowerToys to customize the path/folder the bug report is saved to (right now it's always saved to Desktop)

Advantage: More freedom to the user where he/she wants the bug report saved to without much hassle

Look for where the bug report is currently saved (likely Desktop) and add a setting in PowerToys Settings to choose a custom folder. Use FolderBrowserDialog or similar to let the user pick a path, then save the preference and use it when creating bug reports.
